Glowing Tree of Life with golden spheres over a spiritual landscape

Healing With the Tree of Life

A 10-week course in the oldest map of how anything comes into being, and how to work with it.

Ten Mondays, January 11 to March 15, 2027. 9am to 11am Pacific.
Early enrollment $897 through November 30. Regular price $1,297.

Does This Sound Familiar?

“I have worked on this for years and it keeps coming back in a different form.”

“I know what my pattern is. Knowing it has not changed it.”

“I keep treating the symptom and I have never found the root.”

“Every time I get close to what I want, something in me closes the door.”

“I can heal other people. I cannot seem to do it for myself.”

“I have the insight. I do not have the change.”

“I do not know where to start, so I start everywhere and finish nothing.”

“I am tired of guessing.”

If any of those are yours, the problem is probably not effort. It is that you have been working at the wrong level.

There Is a Structure Underneath This

Nothing arrives in your life fully formed. Every situation you are living inside right now, the good and the difficult, came down through the same sequence of stages, from a first impulse to a thing you can point at.

That sequence has a map, and it is very old. It is called the Tree of Life, and it is not a belief system. It is a description of the mechanism.

If a pattern in your life is distorted, the distortion entered at a particular stage, and you can go and find it.

That is what this course teaches you to do. Not to understand the Tree. To use it.

Two Journeys

The work has two movements, and they run in opposite directions.

Going up: diagnosis

You start where the issue actually lives, in your body and your daily life, and you climb back through each stage to find where the pattern first went sideways. You start where you are. That order is deliberate, and it is what keeps this from becoming spiritual bypassing.

The turning point

At the top, one question: what does this look like when it is whole? Whole asks for more than a resolution or a decision.

Coming down: healing

You bring the healed pattern back down, letting it re-form correctly at each stage, and you land it in one concrete action you can take that requires nobody else to do anything at all.

The Emerald Tablet, a founding text of alchemy, names this movement: it rises from Earth to Heaven, and descends again to Earth. You go up to find where the pattern began, and you come back down carrying it whole.

What Makes This Different

Some Tree of Life teaching buries the spheres under correspondences and pathworking, so the system seems to need years of preparation before you can use it. Other teaching treats the Tree as psychology, a model of the inner life.

This course takes a different perspective. The powers behind each sphere are real, and they take part in how things are created and how they come apart. You learn what each one does, how they act on each other, and in what order to engage them.

The Tree is a map, and it is also the road. You travel it in real time. Because you work with those powers directly, the work can reach past thought, into your body and your life.

You learn the sequence, the questions to ask at each station, and how to move through the Tree from knowledge rather than hope.

One or two spheres a week, at depth

Ten sessions, so each station gets the time it needs, including the hidden eleventh.

You stand in each one

Every session has an experiential component. By the final week you will have stood in every station of the Tree at least once, so the full journey in Week 10 is a return to places you know.

Questions asked in sequence

At each station you are guided step by step with questions designed for that stage. Each one works like a key, and each door it opens leads to the next.

Function, not vocabulary

You will meet the traditional Hebrew names; memorizing them is optional. Each station is taught by what it does. Conception. Initiation. Sanctuary. Way Opener. Restraint. Fulcrum. Discipline. Release. Threshold. Manifestation.

Worked examples, all the way down

Ordinary situations traced through all ten stages, showing what healthy flow looks like at each level and what the distortion looks like. Because every issue you want to heal came down the same road.

A first taste of alchemy

One alchemical concept a week, named and left, so that by the end you have met the whole Emerald Formula one piece at a time.

This Course Is For You If You Are Ready To

  • Find the actual root of a pattern instead of managing its symptoms.
  • Understand why the same difficulty keeps returning in new clothing.
  • Learn a map you can use on any issue, for the rest of your life, without needing anyone to run it for you.
  • Tell the difference between hardship that is shaping you and hardship that is simply unnecessary.
  • Stop trying to change the outcome directly, and start changing the three things that actually produce it.
  • Work on yourself with structure rather than with hope.
And above all, if you are ready to stop asking what is being done to you and start asking where in the sequence you can act.

What People Say

“The joint relationship session you facilitated for my sweetheart and me and the Tree of Life Journey you took us on were unique and powerful. Safe, insightful, effective, deep, profound. I feel incredibly grateful for your feedback on our relationship dynamics and the next steps reflections you opened up for us were masterful. I now have a sense of lightness as I go deeper into my own knowing. Thank you for the power and heart you bring into the world.”

What Happens Over the Ten Weeks

Recorded, sent Saturday, January 2, 2027. No prior experience is needed for this course, and this is why.

Overview

The Alchemical Flame and how to work with it. The difference between Spirit and Soul, which is the distinction the whole course rests on: Spirit is the part of you that already knows, Soul is the part that takes injury. How people receive inner work, and why coming up blank is not failure.

The Void, which sits before the Tree begins and lets you move from the Flame into any station on it.

Practice

Connecting to the Flame, which opens every session.

Journey

Igniting the Flame.

Tree of Life course map with symbolic stages of creation and inner work

Overview
How anything comes into being. Light passing through ten filters, each one making the next step more specific. Creation through polarity. The three columns and what they do. The Lightning Flash. Backing into the Tree, so that the map sits in your own body. And the single most useful line on it: what is given to us, and what is ours to work.

Practice
Locating all ten stations in your own body.

Journey
Feeling the whole structure moving through you, the way breathing moves through you whether or not you attend to it.

Glowing point of light representing conception and the beginning of creation

Overview
The first impulse. The spark before there is anything to point at. Where every project, every relationship, every illness and every recovery begins, and what happens to an impulse that is shut down before it has finished arriving.

Practice
Tracing something in your life back to the moment it wanted to exist.

Journey
Standing at the source, above the crown.

Two sacred temples representing initiation and sanctuary in the Tree of Life

Overview
The first pair, and they are opposites. Initiation is where time starts and a pattern begins to form. Sanctuary is where what is finished is held, protected and out of circulation. Together they answer a question most people never think to ask: what is this life not going to include, and why.

Practice
What in you has been put away. Whether it is finished, or only sleeping.

Journey
The two temples.

Person crossing a bridge toward light representing the hidden path of the Tree of Life

Overview
The eleventh station, which is not on most maps and is not really a sphere at all. The Abyss beneath it, the gap between what is timeless and what is mortal. And the being who stands there deciding what crosses. Crossing it means releasing the need to know how it should all work, and agreeing to receive.

Practice
What you would have to stop needing to understand.

Journey
Crossing the Abyss. What carries you is Divine love, not your own grip.

Open and closed sacred doors representing way opening and restraint

Overview
The path builder and the one who closes doors. Restraint is usually mistaken for the enemy. It is not. What is withheld is what makes a path a path instead of a fog of possibility. This is the week where the idea that limitation is punishment comes apart.

Practice
What opened, what closed, and what the closing made possible.

Journey
The two shoulders.

Golden balance scales representing the fulcrum and inner balance

Overview
The center, and the heart. The point that holds the balance and lets everything else move. Also the boundary: above it we can ask and intend but not direct. Below it, we act. The heart truth of an issue is found here, and so is the question of whether the thing is really about power or really about love.

Practice
The hard truth. What it is actually about.

Journey
Standing as the fulcrum of the scales.

Thread spool and grinding wheel representing discipline and release

Overview
The grindstone and the unraveller. One creates the difficulty that shapes you. The other gives you enough rope and waits to see what you do with it. Most people are over-gripped in one and collapsing in the other. This week is about telling which hardship is developing you and which is simply unnecessary, and about what needs loosening rather than tightening.

Practice
Where you are being ground, and where you are being given rope.

Journey
The hips and the legs.

Sacred doorway representing the threshold between inner patterns and transformation

Overview
The gate, and the most important station in the whole course for healing. This is where a pattern is kept alive: by imagination, by dreaming, by the loop that plays underneath the thought. Even a physical difficulty is held in place by a process, and the process lives here. It is also where anything new has to pass through to become real.

Practice
The picture you visit most often. And whether you have ever checked it.

Journey
Dreaming, imagination, and the gate.

Sacred path through a mountain landscape representing manifestation and grounded action

Overview
The body, the life, the outcome. You do not work on this directly. You change effort, release, and imagination, and this follows. Also the cycle, which is why nothing here was ever meant to be permanent. What completes carries the seed of what comes next.

Practice
One concrete action that requires nobody else to do anything at all.

Journey
The body and the ground.

Spiritual journey through contrasting landscapes representing ascent, healing, and descent

Overview
Everything assembled. The full ascent, the turning point, and the full descent, in one continuous piece of work. Plus the whole alchemical sequence laid out in order for the first time, all seven operations and the eighth step that brings it home.

Practice
Your own issue, taken all the way up and all the way back down.

Journey
The complete journey.

Layered shell with a glowing center representing the spiritual concept of shells

Offered separately and entirely optional. Nothing in the ten weeks depends on it.

Overview
The one word this course deliberately leaves out, and what it actually means once the sensational material of the last century is set aside. Shells, husks, containers. Why divine power has to be filtered before it can reach anyone safely, how containers become corrupted, and what happens to a person whose spiritual life has been poured into one that no longer holds anything.

This is a discussion class. There is no journey in it.

How You Will Work Differently Afterwards

A precise, step-by-step process

The ascent, the turning point, and the descent follow the same steps every time, so you always know which station you are at and what comes next.

A practice you can apply anywhere you feel stuck

The same process works on a pattern in your body, your work, your money, or your creative life. Every descent ends in one concrete action, repeated until it becomes a rhythm.

Precise questions that lead to understanding and concrete action

Each station has its own questions. Asked in the right order, they show you what is happening and what to do next.

Deeper adjustment, longer-lasting change

You trace a difficulty from where it shows up back to the stage where it entered, and make the change there.

How necessity works in your life

Some hardship is shaping you, and some you have been carrying out of habit. You learn to tell which is which.

Focus on what you can change

Three positions on the Tree are yours to act on: effort, release, and imagination. The rest you ask for and intend.

A map that holds the key to recreating your reality

The Tree goes with you and stays yours, to use on your own for the rest of your life.

Ofer Niv, spiritual energy healer and teacher of the Tree of Life course

Who Is Teaching This

I spent over 20 years in corporate IT and senior management before this work. I have been practicing as a shamanic, Kabbalistic, and spiritual energy healer for 10 years, and teaching the Alchemical Flame. I co-lead practice on Cyndi Dale’s year-long advanced program, where I also teach as guest faculty, and I have taught a guest faculty class on her Shift Network program.

I healed myself of MS. I did not know at the time that I was working the Tree, but that is what I was doing: finding the point of balance, understanding what was necessary, understanding what had to be released. What I teach here is that same process, made structural, so you do not have to find it by accident the way I did.

See the Terrain Before You Decide

A free 30-minute recorded journey through the central column of the Tree. A glimpse, not a treatment. Some people feel a great deal in it, some very little at the time and something 2 days later. Both are normal. What it shows you is how far this goes.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. This course is open to anyone. The Foundations Module, sent to everyone on January 2, 2027, covers everything you need, and if you have taken it already, that module is a refresher.

None. You will meet the traditional names once and then never be asked to memorize them. Everything is taught by what it does.

No. Some receive images, some receive words, some receive body sensation, some receive a wordless knowing with nothing attached to it, and some find the answer surfacing 2 days later. All of those are the practice working. Every journey also comes in writing, so there is always a route that does not ask you for a picture.

Every session is recorded and yours to access whenever you like.

The reflection questions take 20 minutes if you want them to. They will take longer if the week has landed.

No. The Tree of Life predates and outlives any single tradition, and it is taught here as a description of how things come into being, not as a doctrine you are asked to accept.

The inner work is entirely your own. Sharing afterwards is always invited and never required.

Bring one primary issue to the course: physical, emotional, relational, financial, or any other. Before the first session, write down where you stand with it and how you relate to it. After week 10, write it again and compare. I cannot guarantee an outcome for anyone. The aim is clarity about where the issue began and a change in its inner dynamics, one that stays with you and can lead to real change in your life.
