Trauma Healing with the Alchemical Flame: Unlocking the Power of the Shadow Realm

Trauma Healing with the Alchemical Flame: Unlocking the Power of the Shadow Realm Trauma arises when an external force disrupts our energy and leaves an imprint on the body, mind, and soul. These forces can be physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual, often overwhelming our natural ability to process and recover. Unlike everyday stressors, trauma bypasses our usual coping mechanisms, creating a lasting impact on our physical and subtle anatomies. The difference between trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) lies in the aftermath. Trauma is the event or force itself, while PTSD represents the long-term effects of that trauma on the nervous system, behavior, and emotional well-being. Even without full-blown PTSD, individuals may experience Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS)—lingering responses to trauma that manifest as heightened anxiety, fear, or emotional reactivity. When trauma is unresolved, its effects linger in the body, soul, and energy field, leading to:• Physical Ailments: Chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, fatigue, and disease often haveroots in unhealed trauma.• Emotional Distress: Anxiety, depression, and difficulty forming healthy relationshipscan stem from trauma.• Energetic Blockages: Trauma creates “shock bubbles” in the subtle anatomy, where fragments of the self remain trapped, preventing the free flow of energy. This disruption places the body into a state of chronic stress, impacting vital systems like the endocrine, nervous, and immune systems. Left unchecked, it can perpetuate cycles of stress, increasing vulnerability to chronic illness and disease. Healing trauma involves addressing these imprints at their root, which often lies beyond the physical body, in the subtle realms of our energetic anatomy. Trauma is an experience we all face at some point in life. It may be triggered by sudden shocks—like loss or injury—or by prolonged stress and neglect. But what if trauma is not just limited to this lifetime? What if the forces that shape us often originate in past lives or ancestral lines? Through the lens of the Alchemical Flame, trauma can be understood and healed not only in the here and now but across the many realms of existence. While the Shadow Realm offers auniquely profound opportunity for transformation, trauma can also be effectively addressed in the Heart Realm, the Magical Realm, and the Divine Realm, each offering its own gifts for healing and empowerment. Understanding Trauma Through the Alchemical Flame The Alchemical Flame is a symbol of divine transformation, representing the eternal light within each of us. This flame allows us to confront and transmute the imprints of trauma—whether they stem from a single event or from forces carried across lifetimes and generations. Trauma leaves energetic imprints, creating blockages in our system that can manifest as physical ailments, emotional struggles, or limiting beliefs. These imprints often come from:• Past Lives: Patterns or events from previous incarnations that remain unresolved, affecting us energetically in this life.• Ancestral Lines: Trauma and unresolved emotions passed down through generations, imprinted in our DNA and energy fields. By addressing trauma in its originating realm, we can clear these imprints, restore balance, and reconnect with our true essence. Healing in the Shadow Realm The Shadow Realm is a dimension within the spiritual landscape where hidden truths and unresolved energies dwell. It’s often misunderstood as a dark or negative space, but in reality, it is a sacred realm of potential and transformation. Here, the soul stores the unhealed parts of itself, encapsulated in what can be thought of as “shock bubbles.” These bubbles hold trauma, pain, and fragmented aspects of our being. In the Shadow Realm, we can:1. Locate the Source of Trauma: Identify where a force entered your system and where it has created blockages.2. Uncover Fragmented Selves: Find parts of yourself that were trapped or fragmented due to traumatic experiences.3. Transform and Integrate: Using the Alchemical Flame, transmute these fragmented energies into light, reintegrating them into your wholeness. The Shadow Realm is particularly effective for healing trauma rooted in past lives and ancestral lines. These energies often lie hidden in the shadows, waiting to be acknowledged and transformed. Healing in the Heart Realm Trauma can also be addressed in the Heart Realm, the sacred space of love, emotion, and relationships. Here, trauma often manifests as soul wounds or soul co-dependencies—energetic ties formed out of pain or unmet needs. These wounds may result from heartbreak, betrayal, or unresolved grief.Through the Alchemical Flame, we can heal soul wounds by:• Releasing attachments that no longer serve us.• Repairing the heart’s energetic field.• Cultivating self-love and emotional resilience. In this realm, the healing process focuses on restoring harmony in relationships—not just with others, but with ourselves. The Heart Realm reminds us that we are worthy of love and connection, free from the patterns created by past pain. Healing in the Magical Realm In the Magical Realm, trauma often takes the form of energetic interference from the lower astral planes. These forces can appear as unresolved fears, energetic attachments, or even entities that thrive on unhealed trauma. The Magical Realm is where we can journey into other dimensions, using the Alchemical Flame to release these disruptive forces and reclaim our energetic sovereignty. Through this work, we:• Free ourselves from lower astral influences.• Reclaim our creative energy.• Reestablish boundaries that protect our energetic space.Healing in the Magical Realm is deeply empowering, as it helps us realize our ability to navigate and transform even the most complex energetic landscapes. Healing in the Divine Realm Finally, trauma is addressed in the Divine Realm, the highest and most luminous of the spiritual dimensions. Here, trauma is resolved through divine forgiveness and the realignment of the self with the Divine. In this realm, we reconnect with our original truth: that we are reflections of the Divine, whole and perfect in our essence. When we heal trauma in the Divine Realm:• We release the illusion of brokenness and remember that we were never truly broken.• We allow the energy of divine love and creation to flow through us, opening the way for new possibilities.• We align with our divine purpose, letting our actions and creations mirror the infinite love and wisdom of the Divine. The Divine Realm reminds

The inner landscape is more than just a mental construct; it’s a dynamic energy environment where your thoughts, emotions, and spiritual essence converge. This terrain plays a crucial role in how we experience the world. Many healing traditions believe that by understanding and working with this internal realm, we can access the root causes of the issues we face and transform them at their core. Different Traditions on the Inner Landscape Across various spiritual traditions, the concept of the inner landscape is central to healing and transformation: Kabbalah: The inner landscape is mapped onto the Tree of Life, where each Sephirah represents an aspect of the self and the divine, offering a pathway to higher wisdom. Shamanism: Shamans journey through multi-layered realms—the Upper, Middle, and Lower Worlds—bringing back healing and insights for personal and spiritual growth. Jungian Psychology: The unconscious mind, filled with archetypes, serves as the foundation of the inner landscape. Integrating these hidden aspects can lead to profound healing. Buddhism: Through meditation, practitioners explore the layers of the mind, helping them transcend suffering and achieve a state of inner peace. Hermeticism: The inner landscape reflects the principle of “As above, so below,” meaning your inner world mirrors the outer universe. By mastering this, you can reshape your reality. Why Does This Matter for Healing? In these traditions, the inner landscape is recognized as a key to personal transformation. By exploring and healing this inner world, you can shift deep-seated patterns, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with your true essence. Alchemical Flame – Introduction

Introduction to Alchemical Flame Journeys Alchemical Flame Journeys are a powerful and transformative series of guided inner journeys designed to unlock your innate ability for self-healing and self-empowerment. These experiential journeys shift your awareness, allowing you to tap into the profound wisdom and healing potential within you. For centuries, ancient cultures have recognized the transformative power of guided journeying, utilizing it as a tool for personal growth, spiritual exploration, and profound healing. By engaging your imagination and accessing the realms of consciousness beyond the physical, you can transcend limiting beliefs, release trauma, and awaken to your true, radiant essence. Through Alchemical Flame Journeys, you will embark on a sacred path of self-discovery, exploring the multidimensional aspects of your being and unlocking the keys to your own healing and empowerment. Each journey is meticulously crafted to guide you through the various realms of existence, from the depths of your subconscious to the heights of divine consciousness, facilitating profound shifts and transformations along the way. The Four Realms of Alchemical Healing The Alchemical Flame Journeys are based on the principles of a four-sided pyramid, each side representing one of the four realms of alchemical healing: The Heart Realm This realm includes the sacred space of the heart, where we explore limiting beliefs, emotions, regrets, soul wounds, and more. It is a realm of self-discovery and healing, allowing us to uncover and release the barriers that hold us back. Continue reading below. The Shadow Realm This is the realm of dark energetic interferences, curses, vows, soul capture, trauma from past generations and past lives, and the “dark night of the soul.” It is a place of confronting and transmuting the shadows that lurk within us, freeing us from their grip. Continue reading below. The Magical Realm Here, we step into the role of the magician, sorcerer, or shaman, moving between dimensions, realms, and worlds. We traverse time and space, bringing forth what is needed from other realms and releasing what must leave through magical energetic exchanges. This realm empowers us with the gifts available to healers for instant, deep-level healing. Continue reading below. The Divine Realm At the top of the pyramid, the Divine Realm is the vortex where we align with our divine truth and principles. It is a realm beyond space and time, where polarities and dualities dissolve, and we surrender our personal solutions to the Divine solution for any specific issue. In this realm, our desires may be granted even before we ask, as long as we are willing to allow divine healing and manifestation. Continue reading below. The Heart Realm The Heart Realm is a sacred space of profound vulnerability and authenticity. It is the center of our emotional universe, where our deepest feelings, beliefs, and experiences reside. Within this realm, we confront the shadows that linger in the crevices of our hearts – the limiting beliefs that constrain our potential, the emotional burdens we carry, and the regrets that weigh heavily upon our souls. In the Heart Realm, we embark on a journey of self-exploration, peeling back the layers of our psyche to uncover the soul wounds that have been inflicted upon us throughout our lives. These wounds, often rooted in past traumas, betrayals, or disappointments, can manifest as negative thought patterns, self-doubt, and emotional turmoil, hindering our ability to fully embrace our authentic selves. As we navigate this realm, we learn to confront our fears, insecurities, and vulnerabilities with courage and compassion. We shed light on the darkest corners of our hearts, allowing ourselves to feel and process the emotions that have been suppressed or denied. Through this process of self-acceptance and self-love, we begin to release the burdens that have held us back, creating space for growth, healing, and transformation. The Heart Realm also invites us to examine the regrets that have shaped our lives – the missed opportunities, the roads not taken, and the choices that have left us with a sense of remorse or unfulfillment. By acknowledging and processing these regrets, we can find closure, forgiveness, and a renewed sense of purpose, enabling us to move forward with a lighter heart and a clearer vision for the future. Ultimately, the Heart Realm is a place of profound healing and self-discovery, where we can reclaim our power, embrace our authenticity, and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace and self-acceptance. It is a journey of courage, vulnerability, and self-love, guiding us towards a life of greater fulfillment, joy, and wholeness. The Shadow Realm The Shadow Realm is a place of darkness, where energetic interferences, curses, and vows cast long shadows over the soul. It is a realm of trauma, both from this lifetime and echoes of past generations and past lives. Within the Shadow Realm, one may encounter soul capture, where aspects of the self become trapped or fragmented, and the dark night of the soul, a profound spiritual crisis that strips away all illusions. Yet, even in the deepest darkness, there is always a spark of divinity waiting to be ignited. The Shadow Realm offers an opportunity to face and transmute the shadows that hold us back, to release the burdens of ancestral wounds and past traumas, and to reclaim the parts of ourselves that have been lost or forgotten. Through the alchemical process of shadow work, we can transform the lead of our fears, doubts, and negative patterns into the gold of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-empowerment. By courageously exploring the Shadow Realm, we uncover the gifts and lessons hidden within the darkness, and emerge stronger, wiser, and more whole. The Magical Realm In the Magical Realm, you step into the role of a powerful magician, sorcerer, or shaman, capable of traversing dimensions, realms, and worlds. This realm is where you unlock the gifts of the cosmic healers, harnessing their ancient wisdom and potent energies to catalyze profound transformation. As you enter this mystical domain, you become a master of time and space, able to transcend the boundaries of the physical world. You

Beginning the Healing Process

Beginning the Healing Process There are perhaps five general and available pathways that support a person’s spiritual healing. The objective is essentially to fortify one’s personal happiness, amplify their health, entrench their spiritual connectivity, bring their mental picturing into a calm state, and reduce the flow of stress chemicals in the system. The five pathways are engineering tools that instigate and support change within. The first is movement of the body such as exercise. Secondly, a being can intentionally shift out of previously comfortable existential patterns. Thirdly, a being may seek similar healthy resonance with others and make them their company going forward, if possible. Fourth, a recommended course of action is to make peace with solo time. Lastly, a key to victory here may be found in daily ritual of positive activities and informing practice and study. Basically, this is the grand “reset” that is being broadcast to near cliché level in esoteric circles and is now enjoying traction in the current mainstream. The spiritual healing process is also known as “Ascension,” “Enlightenment,” and “Illumination.” The new period of enlightenment and spiritual healing is a collective shift in consciousness that is necessary in many ways. The shifts that are underway in human ecologies such as society, religion, and economics are all perhaps highly relevant clues to the individual. The question presents as to whether a being is an individual and/or the whole, and the answer is not counterintuitive! Each being is both an individual and a part of the whole. This accurate understanding seems plain enough but is it really? What if the being then begins to consider the dimensional overlay of the “microcosm/macrocosm” as their truest “reality?” That all aspects that a being observes, engages, and/or interacts with are truly multidimensional constructs of the whole is the outpouring wisdom. This insight may usually if not always cause a shift in perspective so intense that the being’s perception is actually and apparently adjusted. This shift is generally what is meant by this new era’s resurgent renaissance usage of the phrase, “spiritual healing.” This is perhaps the “awakening” that everyone wants and needs. The form of spiritual healing matters less perhaps than the intent and efforts there to. Essentially, spiritual healing is the basis for evolution. How to begin one’s journey into spiritual healing? Perhaps there is a calling, yes? Perhaps there is and/or has long been a longing for a different set of beliefs? Maybe humans have long since known of their true purpose and capability and yet have remained essentially “asleep” to the same for some great amount of time. In this light, it is evident that spiritual healing is about waking up to reality and therefore, truth. Must this process be earth shaking? Perhaps by the very definition of “waking up,” it is unavoidable to experience some shock and perhaps awe, yet with a resilience of character and energy, this may have less and less negative effect. So, a common factor is the necessity for sturdiness in transition, an internal maintenance of spiritual and psycho-emotive balance, and/or what can be deemed a fortitude with which one shall evolve with. In this vein, the discussion can examine a path that is an exhilarant and fabulous example of the blossoming of the whole person from the former. In the case if Cyndi Dale, there was little in her life to suggest she would embark on a path of spiritual healing nor to become one the planet’s leading and finest spiritual healers. She was compelled much as our historical knights have been called to “quest.” Cyndi Dale Interview: Childhood and the Origins of Her Gifts in Energy Healing Today, Cyndi Dale is a celebrated shamanic and energetic healer and is world renowned. Her works are absolutely genuine and pure, and nevertheless though, have become prominent tool sets around the world and are used by millions that would free them self and others of a yoke. The yoke is not a conspiracy theory or fascist government though; it’s more simply just “naivety” …both collective and individual. From whence though has this screen or “Mayan Veil” come? While there are oppositional forces that comprise the onslaught, and that to be found perhaps in multifarious plentitude, the essential causality of misfortunes as we have seen, and will see perhaps, indeed, is internal trauma. Hence, it is spiritual healing such as the deft hand of Cyndi Dale ascribes for and prescribes to “us” that is the essential goal for humankind and all of its allies, enemies, and observers alike. The material existence on earth can be confusing without the presence of the philosophical construct of “Wisdom.” But what is wisdom except that which springs from the feminine body of knowledge that humans currently and have long called “The Sophia,” and which is then spread into material existence by thoughts and actions pertaining to the same. A “well known” “cliché” phrase is applicable perhaps in that it has long been “known,” that “Wisdom is the beneficial application of pure knowledge.” But how shall one know a thing for its purity? The answer is a peculiar branding of the perhaps obvious and perhaps not so energies of spiritual healing which release illusion and delusion and allow truth to flow. If so then, from whence has this brilliance of truth come? The discussion will move to an ancient source for attribution in a discussion of Ma’at, the ancient goddess of Justice, Truth, Harmony, and Balance. Mark (2016) researched the ancient Egyptian matriarchal and archetypal spiritual healer being known as Ma’at. Her name is pronounced today as “May-et” phonetically and within the system known as the English language. The first known findings relative to Her and her spiritual healing practice are ascribed to the dates between 2181-2613 BC but scholars agree her origins are earlier if not much earlier. She is portrayed historically in various form and it is said that she could morph physically into these varied semblances. She is often seen as a winged being

What Are Spiritual Healers
Blog

What are Spiritual healers?

What are Spiritual Healers? Persons that perform spiritual healing are “shamans” that succeed in furthering the flow of spirit through them self. The way that Spirit flows is by the intention of guiding, rejuvenating, and empowering others. The Shaman may well be a being that is injured on another plane and so on this plane, is compelled to be of Service to other. This healing becomes mutual. Great Spiritual Healers in History A good foundation for understanding energy healing can be gathered through a review of spiritual healing paradigms throughout the known human history. Callahan (2017) reviews known human historical records and congenially places Egypt as the most ancient origin of holistic and spiritual healing. Nonetheless, Callahan (2017) mentions beliefs that acknowledge many others possible origins including indigenous cultural methodologies from North America, India, South America, and Australia. He correlates modern medicinal practice with historical methods which he calls, “ancient wisdom.” The intention is to reveal sources of modern medicine’s paradigmatic perspective and also to seek to gather insight as to “best practice” for today regardless of which came first. Prehistoric Medicine Callahan (2017) starts with a brief look into the medicinal practice of Spiritual Healers who operated without written language. These races and cultures are from many time periods and environments across the time-space of the earth. The expert community within anthropology cannot ascertain some of these historical records factually or precisely but theorize based on relics, artifacts, and human remains. Some cultures appear to remain intact today, and are studied as well in order to gather “real time” evidence. The range of cultures ranges from utterly peaceful and scholarly to cannibalism, but all point to knowledge of the inner alchemy. Indigenous Aboriginals Callahan (2017) suggests that the medicines of the ancient native tribes may be the oldest medicine used by Spiritual Healers. A research of Australian Aboriginal DNA depicted their departure from Africa and then eventual split from the others also egressing that continent at the time, perhaps “65,000 to 75,000 years ago.” Dr Panzironi’s inquiries into the Aboriginal migrations revealed that modern medicine has apparently stonewalled the medicinal methodologies that she found there, according to Callahan (2017). A key insight regarding Aboriginal culture is that they view the “Spirit World” as “real,” and the third dimensional reality that most humans know to be their true reality as a projection or matrix of illusory construct. She also found that Aboriginal Spiritual Healers such as the “Ngangkari” still use an untouched and pure form of their Spiritual Healing modality but also, they are integrated into the mainstream right next to allopathic doctors in hospital and clinical settings! The state laws there actually recognize and protect Spiritual Healers from the Ngangkari Tribe and officially sanction their work in the field of mental health, pediatrics, and more. Panzironi stated that the emphasis for these Spiritual Healers is Spiritual Order and that their work generally seeks to replace misplaced spirit within. These Spiritual Healers learned their practice from their Mothers, Uncles, and Grandfathers says Cyril McKenzie, an Aboriginal Medicine Man now employed as an adult in the medical environment, according to Callahan (2017). Babylonians Callahan (2017) cites Geller (2010) who researched the practices and principles of the ancient Babylonian Spiritual Healers and their modality forms. Geller (2010) asserts that the oldest Babylonian spiritual healers were operating as far back as 2000 BC. This Greek cultural path included the physician’s objective of healing the Wisdom of the Mind-Body. The records found showed much change and innovation in the ancient cultures. The entrance of astrology was formative to the following period which would be filled with much scholarship. Among the scholarly advances were efforts to bring the inner alchemy of the body into consideration as the prime force of disease as opposed to external and supernatural forces. The philosophy of the medicine of that era combined both Hellenistic and scribal schools at times, and merged “magic” with medicinal science in their version of spiritual healing. Native American Medicine The healing process in early Native American tribal spiritual healing was more than remedy seeking, according to Callahan (2017). The modalities of many tribes across time have common denominational values such as healing medical problems through the careful use of herbs, plants, roots, and other natural healing energies. A vast spiritual healer’s wisdom comes forth from over 2,000 indigenous tribes in America which includes but is not limited to ceremonies, rituals, and dances, among other practice elements. Another commonality was and is that the strength of mind-body-spirit is revered as a sign of health and as an expression of spirit. Last, the belief systems all contain a form of individual responsibility in these terms and the decree that all thoughts and actions are consequential. The Native American spiritual healers used remedial concoctions of herbs to both travel into conscious realms of harmony and spirit as well as push back bodily pains and disease/dysfunction. A major gap exists between the Native American philosophy of medicine and the western medical science simply in that western medical science bans spirit science altogether. The spiritual healers of the Native American tribes were often called “Medicine Men” and “Medicine Women.” They all gathered the support of spirit beings in their healing modalities which most if not all of them called “Great Spirit” and/or “Creator.” Among the various tools were included rattles to exorcise demonic presences, drums to bring higher vibrational state, dancing, wearing of frightening masks, and cups and tubes to suction out the dark presences. The Native American spiritual healers believed essentially in purging for purification as well which practice is found today in many forms including fasting. Ancient Egyptian Spiritual Healers Callahan (2017) provides insight into the ancient Egyptian spiritual healer who was called a, “SWNW,” dating as far back as 3300 BC. He confers that “Hesy-Ra” was the first physician/dentist in human world history. Hesy-Ra worked for the king called “King Djoser” during the 27th century BC and is recognized for forming the paradigm of medical care

What is energy healing therapy?

What is energy healing therapy? What is being said when people say “energy medicine” and/or “energy healing?” According to research here at Soul-La-Vie, these are phrases that depict the intention to infuse energies into situations to treat, repel, and/or transform disease, dysfunction, and other symptoms of internal imbalance. These alternative approaches to healing therapies are aimed at increasing the peace and well-being of a person through energetic balancing. The underlying assumption or bedrock of the paradigm’s foundation is removal of blockages and restoration of wholeness and healthy internal balances. How does this clear, simple, and thorough definition differ from the reader’s previous beliefs and/or understandings, if at all? To answer this, one can gather the general consensus in society, observe the shifts and directional movements and trends, and estimate what a given demographic might respond with. Or, one might conduct an extensive research using conventional science, and/or gather information via qualitative/quantitative survey, etc. Intuition is involved in all science and particularly recently, has been gaining in recognition as not just valid, but perhaps, a most valid available source of information! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7wQiP1CO7o4&feature=youtu.be The belief systems of the human population are also somewhat formative to reality, yes? In this respect, we can see all manner of conflicting ideologies throughout history. The examples of ideological conflicts are vast and basically innumerable, yet, is there a salient take-away offered by the bulwark of these myriad ramparts when viewed in amalgam? Perhaps it is that whether one believes in esoteric tradition or mystical knowledge or not, it is plain that belief systems have at least partially formed the current reality. The simple example that an awareness of cause-and-effect provides also justifies the importance of belief systems in terms of underpinning causation. In this perspective, there may also be overwhelming examples such as world wars and social movements. These might be combined to suggest that a clear comprehension of new information requires the pruning and trimming of one’s system of previous beliefs. In this case, it may be wise to step away from conventional science and medicine momentarily and allow at least a temporary change in one’s perspective and hence potentially, in perception. Legitimacy of Energy Workers The paradigm of energy medicine has ancient roots within various forms of holistic healing. Engel (2014) of the New York Daily News took the examination into her own hands with a phenomenological experiential survey of four major healing modalities. In other words, Engel (2014) tried the energy work herself. Her findings were bolstered by a thorough background investigation of the four practitioners she would utilize the services of. Her decisions well justified, she embarked into her tests in survey of Reiki, Reflexology, Tapping, and Reconnective Healing. The results she gathered are qualitative and as mentioned, experientially based. Interestingly, these forms of research are more recent in the scientific mainstream’s acceptance as well. In all four cases, she found that the work was real, potent, and while ranging between “marginally beneficial” to “highly beneficial” despite her own scrutiny and healthy skepticism. Engel (2014) mentions doctors like Deepak Chopra who is  both an energetic as well as allopathic medical doctor and his view that science is now beginning to understand, measure, and accept the truth of energy healing. The view is that the body has a “homeostatic” optimality in terms of state that requires a certain balance and which may be different for each person. This healthy condition, and/or “whole” state is behind the body’s reactions such as coagulation, antibody defenses, and other autonomic functions of healing. The energetic medicine principles are about triggering the body’s natural systems of defense and generation which may usually have been knocked off track, altered, imbalanced, and/or misaligned in the subtle energetic conditions within. Engel (2014) goes on to cite Dr Mark Melrose of the Urgent Care Unit in Manhattan who stated that energy medicine which does no harm and complements traditional medical treatments is a definite benefit. He also went on to explain that there is much more to learn and that our current understanding of energy medicine is dwarfed by what we can and will learn going forward, in his opinion. In summary, he spoke to the power of “feeling good,” and the power that such holds. According to Engel (2014), the apparent and common thread between these energetic modalities is stress reduction and improvements in health such as hypertension and heart disease. Further, she concludes that there is much more connection than meets the contemporary eye at first glance, and even second glance, and that, it is overwhelmingly likely that new explanations for what has previously been called “magic” must be achieved. The evidence is utterly robust in the view of Engel (2014) that energetic medicine is real, vital, and intensely valuable. In particular, the argument for energy medicine as an augmentation to conventional medicine, as opposed to a replacement, is valid with a high degree of certainty. What this also means is that ignoring energy medicine is no longer possible. Alborzian (2019) gathers from the ancient and contemporary Ayurveda for his view of energy medicine and balance. His view is an eastern and extremely well documented and respected perspective which classifies energy by three essential types (Doshas) and categories which are  air (Vata), fire (Pitta), and earth (Kapha). Quite simply, Alborzian points to these and their balance as formative to health state. When the human energetic system experiences imbalance in the three essential natural forces, disease ensues. When balance is restored, health follows. Interestingly, there really isn’t any scientific or other evidence to argue the view, and/or the legitimacy overall of energy medicine. So then, what is at question? Is the question primarily regarding the practitioner really? The “vetting” of energy workers is something that is gaining in momentum currently in the mainstream as well as the many paradigmatic venues of esoterica. In other words, more emphasis is being placed on the process of determining the genuine value of a practice by researching and testing the worker. It is wise
